First, Houttuynia cordata crucian carp soup
Materials: Houttuynia cordata 150g, crucian carp 1 strip, pig bone 100g, dried tangerine peel and ginger slices.
Exercise:
1. Wash the pig bones with clean water first, and pick them up for later use.
2. Pour oil into the pot, heat it, add ginger slices and fry the fish until both sides are golden, and then inject appropriate amount of water.
3. Add pig bones and houttuynia cordata to boil, then simmer for half an hour until the soup is milky white, then put salt and turn off the fire.

Second, Houttuynia cordata and mung bean soup
Ingredients: 50 grams of mung bean, 30 grams of fresh houttuynia cordata, 200 grams of pork belly, ginger slices, chopped green onion and salt.
Exercise:
1, mung bean, houttuynia cordata and pork belly are washed for later use, and the pork belly is cut into small pieces.
2. Put mung beans and pork tripe into a saucepan, add 500ml of water, bring to a boil, and turn to low heat 1 hour.
3. Add Houttuynia cordata, ginger slices, chopped green onion and salt to the soup and cook for 10 minute.
