The method of aging peanuts:
1. Peanuts are boiled in a cold water pot first, then poured out and drained;
2. Then put the peanuts in a warm oil pan, fry them until crisp, and take them out to cool;
3. Wash green and red peppers (pedicled), onions and preserved eggs and cut them into dices slightly larger than peanuts;
