How to Make Steamed Scallop Meat ?
Soak the vermicelli in hot water to soften it first, then spread the fresh scallop suction wash on it.
Make garlic paste, mix oyster sauce, sesame oil and salt, then pour it on top of the fresh scallops.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and steam in boiling hot water for about 15 minutes.
