Hawthorn cake is made from hawthorn, sugar and lemon.
Ingredients: 600 grams of hawthorn.
Accessories: 200g sugar, half a lemon, 1 tablespoon salt, appropriate amount of water, appropriate amount of oil.
1. Soak the hawthorn with 1 tablespoon of salt and wash it with clean water. After washing, remove the hawthorn seeds.
2. Add 1 cup of water to the pot, bring to a boil, add juice of half a lemon, and cook until soft.
3. After cooking, pour it into a food processor and beat it into a thin paste as much as possible.
4. Pour the hawthorn puree into the pot, add all the sugar, and simmer over low heat until it becomes sticky.
5. Pour half of the small hawthorn puree onto a non-stick baking pan and spread it out. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees, heat it up and down, and bake for 40 minutes.
6. Prepare a sealed box and brush it with a little oil to prevent sticking. Pour the remaining hawthorn puree into it and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
