Ingredients
1 pig trotter
100g red peanuts
Soybeans 100g
Wangbuliuxing 6g
Tongcao 6g
3 slices of ginger

Step 1: Soak soybeans and peanuts with their skins on for 6 hours; cut the pig's trotters.
Step 2: Boil over high heat to remove blood foam, wash and replace with cold water.
