Wash and peel the tomatoes, cut into small dices.
Break cauliflower into small pieces, wash and dry.
Dice the garlic and cut the scallions into pieces.
In a pot add the right amount of vegetable oil, boil 80% of the heat into the diced tomatoes, repeatedly stir fry the juice.
Put in diced garlic and sliced scallions, stir-fry to get the flavor, then add cauliflower pieces.
Stir fry for a while, add pepper powder and ginger powder.
Before leaving the pot, add chicken essence and salt, stir fry evenly and serve.
