Specific production method
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. 2 sweet potatoes (not too big) and about 200 grams of flour.
Step 2: Peel the sweet potato and cut it into pieces with the size of 1cm.
Step 3: Put the sweet potato pieces and flour into a large pot, and then pour in about 200ml of warm water.
Step 4: Stir evenly, as shown in the figure. Let the surface of each sweet potato be covered with batter. Also, the batter should not be too thin.
Step 5: Pour a small amount of oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, pour a spoonful of sweet potato batter into the pot, flatten the batter with a spoon, and start frying on low heat, as shown in the figure. (Be sure to use a small fire all the time. )
Step 6: fry until it is slightly yellow, then turn it over until the sweet potato becomes soft and golden on both sides.
Step 7: Sprinkle some sugar when eating, which is sweeter.
