Method
1 . When cutting the beef, cut it into thin slices according to the cross section and marinate with sugar for 10 minutes.
2. Then add a little water and stir, then add soy sauce, salt, MSG, cooking wine, ginger slices, and cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Add a small spoonful of raw oil and mix well.
4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add beef while the oil is still hot, and stir-fry over high heat.
5. When cooked, turn down the heat, cover and simmer until cooked. The beef stir-fried in this way is both delicious and tender.
