Ingredients: spaghetti, minced pork, half an onion, 3 tomatoes, 4 mushrooms and 2 cloves of garlic.
Accessories: a little salt, chicken essence, black pepper, tomato sauce, butter, olive oil and red wine.
Steps:
1. Spaghetti is scattered in a boiling pot until the bottom is soft and completely immersed in water. Add a little salt and olive oil and cook for 8- 10 minutes (no hard core), take it out and drain, and mix a little olive oil to prevent adhesion;
2. Add salt, chicken essence black pepper and a little wet starch to the minced meat and marinate it for later use; Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, peel them and cut them into dices; Dice mushrooms and onions and mince garlic;
3. Put a little butter in the pot when it is hot, add minced garlic and stir-fry slightly. Later, add minced meat and stir-fry until the minced meat turns white and turns off the fire. Continue to add butter when the pot is hot, add onion and stir-fry until the fragrance is slightly soft;
4. After the onion is slightly soft, add the diced tomatoes and mushrooms, stir-fry over medium heat until soft, add 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce, add a little salt, chicken powder and appropriate amount of red wine, and continue to cook until the sauce is slightly dried. Add the minced meat and stir well, then sprinkle more black pepper.
5. Spread the spaghetti on a plate, pour the sauce on it and stir it (or put the cooked spaghetti in the sauce and mix well in the pot).
