Dongguagu
Ingredients: small white gourd1000g, clear soup 500g, mushrooms 700g, bamboo shoots 700g, yam100g, ginkgo100g, lotus seeds, parsley segments, monosodium glutamate and refined salt.
Practice 1 After washing the small wax gourd, scrape off the thin outer skin.

Materials: 200 grams of watermelon peel, 300 grams of winter melon peel, 400 grams of cucumber, salt and monosodium glutamate.
Practice ① Scrape the waxy skin of watermelon, the hairy skin of wax gourd and the pulp of cucumber, wash them, cut them into strips, soak them in boiling water, take them out and drain them.

Roasted mushrooms with winter melon

Fried carrot with wax gourd
