The conditions for children to take refuge with their parents and enter Beijing's non-agricultural household registration include: the person being taken refuge is a minor under the age of 18, which conforms to the city's family planning policy, and the parents' household registration is in Beijing and they have housing. If the parents have no room and are registered in the collective account of the unit, they need to issue a certificate of consent to enter the household.

6. Introduce high-tech talents. Candidates should meet the requirements of job responsibilities, have rich work experience and excellent performance, meet the basic conditions for introducing talents in this city, be under 50 years old and be in good health.
