Guangzhou, which includes Yuexiu, Haizhu, Liwan, Tianhe, Baiyun, Huangpu, Nansha, Panyu, Huadu, Zengcheng and Conghua, has eleven districts
Guangzhou, referred to as Guangzhou for short, is also called Yangcheng and Huacheng, and is the capital, sub-provincial city, national central city and megacity of Guangdong Province. Guangzhou has a total urban area of 7434.4 square kilometers. The inner district of Guangzhou is divided into "Old Seven Districts" (the overall planning area at the same level), "Old City" (Old District) and "New Four Districts". The old seven districts are: ① Yuexiu, ② Haizhu, ③ Liwan, ④ Tianhe, ⑤ Baiyun, ⑤ Huangpu and ⑦ Nansha. The third district is: ① Yuexiu, ② Liwan and ③ Haizhu; The new four districts are: ① Panyu District, ② Huadu District, ③ Conghua District and ④ Zengcheng District.
Personally, I like Haizhu District best. After all, it is the location of CBD business center in Guangzhou! There is everything to eat, drink and have fun here, and I can see the waistline I want to see most. Why not? What do you think? < P > Maybe because I live in the north, maybe because it is winter now, I will miss Guangzhou very much.
I used to go to Guangzhou when I was doing business. Over time, Guangzhou has become a favorite southern city.
Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and China are four first-tier cities. Perhaps Guangzhou is not as sturm und drang, but this city has its own slowness and flavor.
Sometimes, after staying in Beijing for a long time, we can't experience the slow happiness. It belongs to Guangzhou's unique slowness and unique human fireworks.
The following are seven reasons why I like Guangzhou when chatting with friends-
1. The streets in Guangzhou are more suitable for walking.
Unlike the main roads in Beijing, it is more suitable for traffic jams (_)
2. In Guangzhou, there are snack bars and fruit stalls everywhere.
when you come out late at night, your stomach can always find comfort.
3. Respectable migrant workers, and more ordinary people, can sleep peacefully in the streets of Guangzhou
4. Old people or children can enjoy the sun leisurely. People have more places for leisure and entertainment.
5. Lowest house price in first-tier cities.
But in arcades, alleys and villages in the city, people can live comfortably and warmly.
6. Green everywhere. First-class greening in China.
7. Beautiful and humanistic Sun Yat-sen University, Jinan University, Guangdong Art Museum ...
Please give Panyu a thumbs up
Tianhe District is developed in business and crowded with people, but it feels expensive. With shopping malls becoming more and more common today, it is rarely visited.
In Huangpu District, the environment is beautiful, the roads are spacious, and there are plenty of employment opportunities. However, the rail transit is not convenient, and many office workers from downtown to Huangpu District will find it a painful thing to take a bus.
in Yuexiu district, I will occasionally go to Guangzhou Railway Station by train or visit Yuexiu Park. Otherwise, because of the high housing prices, there is little intersection between Yuexiu district and new Guangzhou people.
Panyu District accommodates a large number of new Guangzhou people. The housing price was the first choice just needed a few years ago, and the transportation to all parts of Guangzhou is relatively convenient. Line 3 is a national famous death line, but the planning is not very good, the greening is less, and the appearance of the city is average.
Haizhu, Liwan, Baiyun and Yuexiu District are the same concept, and they may go once only by chance, otherwise they will not go once every three years.
Nansha is a special existence. Although it is also far away from the horizon, because of various honors such as Free Trade Zone, Guangzhou Sub-center, Greater Bay Area Center, etc. in recent years, all those who have relations with the house, whether they are just in need or investors, may have been to Nansha.
Huadu and Conghua are the same concept. They are both in remote and bitter places. They are basically not mentioned on their own initiative, and no one will associate them with Guangzhou.
Tell me about myself, because I used to work in Nansha and Huangpu, and I lived in Panyu and Huangpu, so I like them all. Because I live and work in Huangpu now, I like Huangpu District best.
Guangzhou, a very nice place.
I have worked in Nanjing for 26 years, and the winter in Nanjing is still relatively cold. I will go to a warm place in winter vacation. Guangzhou is very comfortable and the city is very beautiful.
Shenzhen is not bad, too. Compared with Shenzhen, Guangzhou is not only tall, but also has a more grounded old city with a strong smell of fireworks.
In the winter vacation of 221, we spent the New Year in Guangzhou, because our son worked in Shenzhen. Last year, we spent the New Year in Shenzhen. This year, our children came to spend the New Year in Guangzhou to experience the taste of Guangzhou and the enthusiasm of Guangzhou people.
I like these places very much. I walk around the streets and alleys in Guangzhou. Every alley is very lively, and the obscure alley is very lively. A variety of life shops, convenient life, increased income, a good city.
Shenzhen is also more comfortable in winter. Shennan Avenue, like a garden, is less smoky than Guangzhou. Moreover, the housing prices in Guangzhou are closer to the people than those in Shenzhen.
As a first-tier city, Guangzhou has many employment opportunities. There are many employment opportunities at all levels, whether in high-tech network, general processing and production, and catering service industries.
I feel that Guangzhou people are low-key and inclusive.
Needless to say, urban construction, health care, education and scientific research, among the four first-tier cities, Guangzhou's housing prices are more attractive.
After retirement, I'm going to Guangzhou to support my old age [Yi tooth] [Yi tooth] [Rose]
I like Huangpu and Nansha. Huangpu is the absolute center of Guangzhou in the future. Nansha, the most livable area in Guangzhou.
I have lived in Liwan and Haizhu, and bought a house in Panyu. I came here alone four years ago. I have no friends, no relatives, or even anyone I know. I only heard that there are fellow villagers in Liwan District, but I haven't met many since I came.
First stop: Longxi, Liwan. The rent is super cheap. It's just across the river from Foshan, and you will often go to Haiba Road to play. The overall consumption in Liwan is good, which is suitable for people who have just arrived in Guangzhou. It's not bad to work in Fangcun.
second stop: luntou, Haizhu. I came to work in Pazhou because of my job transfer, and it was a bit of a toss from Longxi to Pazhou, so I rented a house in Luntou. Actually, Luntou is not better than Longxi, but it is close to work, but there are really many people at 461 every morning, and it can't be crowded at all. < P > The third stop: I joined a central enterprise, worked in Huangpu, and I also handed over my house. Well, it's a bit off here, so I can't like it, but
1. irresistible food temptation
I still remember when I first ate Guangzhou food at the beginning of my freshman year, what did I feel? There is no taste at all, so I have been resistant to Cantonese cuisine for the next few years, but I just don't like it very much. This state lasted until the first year of work, when the boss took us out for dinner, and from then on, a whole new world was opened, including boiled chicken, crispy barbecued pork, enema roast goose, pineapple bag, clay pot rice, shrimp dumplings, salted chicken, boat porridge and countless snacks. As time goes by, I love Cantonese food more and more. Now I basically have rice rolls for breakfast every day and go to a tea restaurant once a week on average. In addition to Cantonese cuisine, there are also cuisines from all over the world here, but for Guangzhou people who are particularly picky about food, they would rather wait in line for three or four hours in a good restaurant than eat in a bad restaurant, so the restaurants that can stay in Guangzhou are really good. My favorite ones are Xiaolongkan Hot Pot, Fish Exploration, the duke of mount deer, 192 Western Restaurant and so on.
2. It's convenient to travel and travel
There are perfect BRT and subway here. Except Zengcheng, Conghua and Huadu, BRT and subway can basically be reached in other districts, especially the subway, which is fast, punctual and comfortable. If you play, you can be in Guangzhou; Chimelong Happy World, Wildlife Park, Water Park, Pearl River Night Tour, if possible, you can choose to climb Xiaoman Waist at night and have a look at Guangzhou night, flower city square, Haixinsha, Shamian, Yuexiu Park, Zhuhai Park, Vanilla World, Million Sunflower Garden, Dafu Mountain Park, Baomo Garden and Baiyun Mountain. You can also go rafting in Qingyuan in summer, and you can go to Shenzhen, Huizhou and Yangjiang to see the sea, but I recommend you to go to Shili Silver Beach in Yangjiang, where the sand is very fine, there are not many people, the waves are very big, the water is very clear, and the seafood nearby is super delicious.
3. I like Cantonese
When I first arrived, I liked Guangzhou people to talk, especially when girls talked in college. It was really tender to the bone, soft and pleasant to hear. However, for them, it is better for Hong Kong people to speak Cantonese. Personally, I prefer Guangzhou people to speak Cantonese, because Cantonese in Hong Kong will give people a dizzy feeling, which is far less natural than that of Guangzhou people. Speaking of which, I suddenly thought of an embarrassing thing I experienced. When I was a sophomore, I went to my classmate's house for dinner. At the dinner table, his parents asked me if I understood Cantonese. I understood. You said "pig's head" and laughed. It turned out that they said "pig's belly". 4. Guangzhou people who are diligent, pragmatic and will enjoy themselves.
I like the lifestyle of Guangzhou people, and they are very fond of it. Everyone is enjoying his own life and never gossips about other people's affairs. Guangzhou people are never exclusive, and they are very inclusive. When they get together with Guangzhou people, they can't speak Cantonese. They will take care of you and speak Mandarin. However, some elderly people really can't change, but this is mainly because they are not good at Mandarin.
5. Unlimited possibilities
In Guangzhou, there are many opportunities, really many. As long as you are capable and diligent enough, you will definitely break into a world.
since 23, I came out of Guangzhou penniless and in debt to start a business. I have been staying in Laodongshan District, now called Yuexiu District, so I especially like the humanistic atmosphere of Laodongshan.
Guangzhou is different from other cities. There are many specialized markets, and the specialized markets are very detailed. Any strange products can be found in the specialized markets in Guangzhou. Our old Dongshan District has various detailed specialized markets, such as Hai Yin Electric Plaza, Hai Yin Cloth Market, Hai Yin Sports City, and various shopping centers: China Plaza, Dongshan Department Store, Guangbai, Wangfujing, Diwang Plaza, and the trend front. There are all kinds of gourmet snacks. Just walk in the door of any shop, which is affordable and delicious. Beautiful scenery, relying on Dongshan Lake, Provincial Party Committee, Ersha Island and the Pearl River, enjoy the changing and prosperous beauty of the lights on both sides of the Pearl River and Pearl River New Town in Guangzhou at night.
At that time, there were long queues in these professional markets to buy goods. Now, the business of these professional markets is bleak, and all stall owners are sighing all day, and their business is bleak. It is said that Yuexiu is the worst tax area in the whole country. Personally, I am also a watcher of entity management, from the initial three pavements, a warehouse and an office, to a pavement and an office. The society has changed so fast that it changed the dynasty before it realized it, but no matter how it changed, the old Dongshan District is still beautiful < P > Take a night view of the office and the corner of Dongshan Lake Park opposite.
