Jiuzhaigou county's delicacies include beef sausage, butter tea, pickled noodles, potato Ciba, steamed stuffed bun with milk residue, ginseng fruit rice and so on.
1. beef blood sausage: beef blood is poured into the small intestine and cooked, which is a special food in Tibetan areas, smooth, tender, fragrant and unique.
