The beautiful Qinghai prairie
On the first day, I took the train from Beijing West Railway Station to Xining Station.

From 0 10 to 10, I had a simple breakfast opposite the apartment, and then drove straight to Ta 'er Temple, one of the six monasteries of Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism. The road conditions are very good, and you can get to your door in half an hour.
The famous Ta 'er Temple, the birthplace of Zong Kaba, enjoys a high status in Tibetan Buddhism. There are three unique places in Ta 'er Temple: mural painting, pile embroidery and butter sculpture. Unfortunately, it rained heavily and urgently and there were many people in Ta 'er Temple, which affected the mood of the visit. I feel very sorry. Although I have been to Tashilhunpo Temple and Labrang Temple, the six major monasteries of Tibetan Buddhism, and I have also been to Yonghe Palace in Beijing and Puning Temple in Chengde, I still feel so sacred, lofty and mysterious when I see Ta 'er Temple.
Climb over Raj Mountain
Drive from Ta 'er Temple to Heima River. The mountain road is rugged, but the road conditions are good. Lunch at roadside restaurants in Daotanghe Town is very expensive. Tanghe River is also a scenic spot. According to legend, Princess Wencheng walked to the foot of Sun Moon Mountain on her way to Tibet, overlooking the desolate Gobi Desert. Looking back, Chang 'an was gone. The princess fell to the ground crying, and her tears turned into river water flowing from east to west. I didn't go in because I was on my way.
The road conditions around Qinghai Lake on the south bank of Qinghai Lake are very good. Cycling around Qinghai Lake is held here every year. On the south bank of Qinghai Lake, all kinds of flowers and plants are in full bloom, dazzling, and these are local races. One person, 40 yuan, can go in and take photos. The five of us posed in various poses, took various photos and played all afternoon. There is a barbed wire fence nearly 4 meters high around Qinghai Lake, so it is impossible to get close to the river.
Depart around 5: 00 and stop at Heima River. We booked the farmhouse on the other side of Qinghai Lake online, which is located in a small village 20 kilometers west of Heima River in Galila Village, Shinaihai Township. There are few people in the village, so it is quiet and clean. The mobile signal is weak here, and the telecom can't receive the signal.
It's still very nice here. There is an earthen bag not far from the village. Standing on it, you can see the scenery of Qinghai Lake in the east and overlook the small village in the west. It's quiet here, with few residents and only five sisters. My boss has a rape field at home. After dinner, he will take us to the rape field to take photos.
After eating, I felt altitude sickness and headache, so I went to rest indoors and dared not move any more. My boss gave me two cans of oxygen, which made me feel much better. This small mountain village is very good. The farmhouse is clean, with electric mattresses and blankets, and it is not cold at night. The disadvantage is that it is inconvenient to walk 20 kilometers back to Chaka Salt Lake the next day.
The next day: Ta 'er Temple, around the south bank of Qinghai Lake.
Get up in the morning to watch the sunrise. The wild flowers on the mountain are in full bloom, beautiful and gorgeous. Qinghai Lake is like a quiet girl. Against the background of blue sky and white clouds, the blue lake is particularly quiet. After breakfast, go to Chaka Salt Lake. When we arrived at the scenic spot, it was already 10. Buy packages, including tickets, boat tickets and sightseeing tower packages. Suggestion: You can see the panoramic view of Chaka Salt Lake from the sightseeing tower, but the scenery is very disappointing. There is no need to buy a boat ticket. It costs a lot of money to go in by boat, but this lake is no different from the mud pits around us, and it doesn't cost money.
At the foot is crystalline salt.
The land of the sky-Chaka Salt Lake
Standing on the crystal-clear large grain of salt, from a distance, the crystallization of salt is at your feet, white, pure and spotless, and you can't bear to step on it with your feet. This is a salty lake with high salinity. Like the beach, the salt particles formed by lake water crystallization have never seen such pure land. Further ahead is the brine lake, and the crystallized salt is at the bottom of the lake, and the deep place does not reach the calf. There is a terrace next to it with shoe covers. Put on your shoe covers and walk into the lake. There is a shallow and clear lake on the white crystalline salt, just like a big mirror lying on the ground. Blue sky and white clouds set off in the water. We put on bright long skirts and took a photo. How beautiful! This is the first time I have seen such a scenery. How beautiful! We lingered in the lake, unwilling to leave.
Go ashore and take a small train. There are many such pools in front of you. There are few tourists in the water, so you can shoot big movies. There is a salt sculpture in front. In the evening, I went back to the farmhouse in Shinaihai Township and stayed for another night.
On the fourth day, I went to Qilian County and visited atomic city. Get up early to watch the sunrise on the mountain, the sun rises, calves are grazing and wandering, green grasslands, dark blue lakes, golden rape blossoms and quiet villages, and we are intoxicated by this harmonious, quiet and beautiful scenery.
After dinner, drive along the northwest coast of Qinghai Lake, take the small ring road, and arrive at atomic city Memorial Hall in Xihai Town at noon. Since 1958, China has gathered a large number of outstanding scientists, including Deng Jiaxian, and established the 22 1 factory in Jinyintan, Qinghai, to secretly develop nuclear weapons. 1987, 22 1 Factory cancelled, Xihai Town was named here, and atomic city Memorial Hall was established.
Xihai Town is a modern town, with neat roads, tree-lined trees and urban flavor, without the desolation of remote towns and villages in the northwest. Having lunch here, I feel back to my hometown. After lunch, I went south. The mountain road was rugged and steep, but fortunately, the road was very good and I arrived in Qilian County very late. I live in Jin Dian apartment in Qilian county, with three bedrooms and two halls, 365 yuan, which is very clean. Qilian county is very clean and tidy.
Day 3: Chaka Salt Lake
Qilian Grassland is known as the most beautiful grassland in China. Zhuo'er Mountain is located in the east of Qilian County. It belongs to the Danxia landform of red sandstone with colorful Danxia. Standing on the beacon tower in Zhuo'er Mountain, red sandstone and yellow rock are layered on top of each other, forming a series of undulating peaks and folds that look like artificial pictures. Against the background of grass and rape, it looks like a mountain.
On the way back to Xining in the afternoon, I passed by Menyuan Rape Flower Sea. A large number of rape flowers are in full bloom, golden and dazzling, and my eyes are bright and blind!
Go to Xining in the evening, take the overnight train and get home on the fifth day.
July Qinghai impression
I seldom travel to the mainland in recent years, but I have been to the northwest, Tibet, Qinghai, Gansu and Xinjiang. This is a vast place with rough natural beauty in the primitive earth state. I can smell Shan Ye. The tall buildings in the city are suffocating, and there are relatively few people here. For those who are tired of the city, it is a rare place to relax.
But the west is also losing its flavor. I remember that in July of 20 1 1, I went to Tibet by train and passed by the north shore of Qinghai Lake. A ray of light shines in the dark clouds and sprinkles on the Gobi, just like a pair of arms of God, touching the world. On the way, I saw a perfect rainbow, and everyone in the carriage cheered and applauded it. At that time, the desolate Qinghai Lake revealed its natural and uncut primitive beauty, as if I had entered another fairy tale world. I'm disappointed that I didn't see such a scene.
Day 4: Zhuo'er Mountain in the morning, and the rapeseed sea in Menyuan in the afternoon.
1. The beauty of the western region is completely different from that of the mainland, and people who have lived in the city for a long time will be infatuated with her. Qinghai in July fascinates you and is worth visiting. Although Qinghai is remote and the Gobi Desert is desolate, there are flat and clean asphalt roads everywhere.
Qinghai has a vast territory and public transportation is inconvenient. Driving is the best way. Stop at any time to enjoy the scenery. If there are melons for sale, buy one and eat it before you go. If you are traveling in a group, you'd better not come.
3. Qinghai is dry with little rain, and the temperature difference between morning and evening is large. The night on the grassland is very cold. Remember to bring thick wool. Please put on a colorful long skirt when taking photos at Chayan Lake. It will look good when taking pictures. It's windy here and it's still cold at noon. Be careful not to catch a cold.
Qinghai is about 3200 meters above sea level, which is not very high. There is basically no altitude sickness. When I was on the west bank of Qinghai Lake, my reaction was very high, so I just needed oxygen. However, I still suggest eating rhodiola a few days in advance and not doing too much exercise. Being here is much better than going to Tibet, so there is no need for pressure.
The air here is fresh and bright and sunny, so we should do a good job of sun protection.
