To make tofu balls, we can use old tofu. Soak an old tofu in water to remove the smell of beans, then pour it into a bowl and mash it, then add the chopped meat. The ratio of dumpling stuffing to tofu is about 1: 1.

Mix well and pour in rice wine, edible salt, monosodium glutamate, white pepper powder, spiced powder and appropriate amount of Jiang Mo seasoning. After mixing evenly again, add one egg, one spoonful of vegetable oil, two spoonfuls of fried chicken powder and two spoonfuls of cassava starch, and then stir again. This step requires stirring for a while, so that the food is stirred vigorously, so that the processed meatballs are not easy to disperse.

After fully stirring, grab the stuffing, squeeze it out of the tiger's mouth and knead it into tofu balls with the same size. When making tofu meatballs, adding proper amount of fried chicken powder can make the processed meatballs soft and non-sticky. If you don't have bread crumbs at home, you can use broken steamed bread crumbs instead.

Then the oil will be fried, so the oil will be added a little more. When the boiling temperature reaches 5 minutes, put the tofu balls into the pot and fry them gradually. Don't stir tofu balls when they are just in the pot. At this time, it is very easy to disperse when mixing flowers. After the tofu meatballs are fried until the surface is golden and faded, gently push them with the back of a spoon, turn them over and fry them again until the golden meatballs float, and then when the surface becomes more and more golden, you can control the oil and replenish water.

Add a small amount of cold water to the pot, pat until the water boils, then pour in a spoonful of edible salt, a spoonful of sugar, two spoonfuls of soy sauce and a spoonful of oil consumption, then stir while cooking, add a proper amount of thickening powder when the water boils, then cook again until the juice is thick, then turn off the fire, sprinkle a handful of chopped green onion and a proper amount of millet pepper rings to decorate the color, and then pour the cooked seasoning juice on the tofu balls.
