Bilian Power Supply Station of Yongjia County Electric Power Bureau created a grassroots station that satisfied the masses. Records of Bilian Power Supply Management Station was established in December 1990 and started supplying electricity to Bilian Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Yongjia County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, located in the northwest of Yongjia County

It is located in the middle reaches of Xiaonan River, adjacent to Daruoyan Town in the east and Kunyang Township in the south.
