Everyone has his own characteristics and hobbies. Some people like to sing, others like to dance... This is called "everyone has his or her own preferences", and I am no exception. I just love cooking. When I first wanted to learn how to cook, everyone refused to let me do it. But I was determined to learn it well. "Don't compete with the steamed buns for the breath!" It took me a lot of effort to turn this "lovely girl" who "keeps her fingers free of spring flower water" into a "skillful cook". One weekend, my cousin and I were the only two people at home, and my mother asked us to eat instant noodles for lunch. How could I let go of such a good opportunity: I slipped into the kitchen, opened the refrigerator gently, and looked at what ingredients were in it: eggs, persimmons... By the way, my mother didn't use eggs and persimmons last time. Have you made Dao Mushu Persimmon? I still remember the method, so why not make a Mushu persimmon dish? Just do it, first choice I cracked two eggs, took off the plate with one hand and mixed the eggs with the other, feeling a bit like a master. The first step was successful, which immediately boosted my confidence. Step 2: Cut the persimmons. I cut these round persimmons into small pieces and crescents. The next step is to "fry". I turned on the fire and put in the oil. Suddenly, there was a loud "crash" sound that shocked my happy heart. Why? Later, my mother told me that there was residual water in the pot, so the pot made a loud noise when the oil was put in it. The final step: add seasonings. I remember my mother said: "When it's about eight or nine minutes cooked, add seasonings, otherwise it won't taste good." I immediately added seasonings, fearing that it would affect the taste. After it came out of the pot, I took the delicious Mushu persimmon with both hands and showed it off in front of my cousin before letting go of the meal. After the meal, my cousin praised me repeatedly, and my face glowed with praise. It was really the most glorious work. I think "nothing is difficult in the world, as long as there are people who are willing". As I grow up, what I can experience from cooking is not only fun, but also my own interest and "interest outside things" - the joy of labor.
Cooking is like a magnet. Its huge attraction made me fall in love at first sight. I just love it——cooking!
