1. Prepare consumables.
Cumin is roasted in a pot with a small fire.
3. Turn off the fire and dry it after fragrance, and grind it into coarse grains with a rolling pin.
4. Slice mutton, shred onion, cut coriander, and mince onion and ginger for later use.
5. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and cumin to the mutton, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

7. Leave a little base oil in the pan, add chopped green onion and shredded ginger into the wok, and add onion after fragrance.
8. Stir-fry the onion until it is cut off, and pour in the mutton.
9. Sprinkle cumin powder, Chili powder and salt and mix well.
10. Add coriander and stir fry.
