What food is unacceptable to foreigners in China?
As an original condiment in China, the processing technology of tofu was recorded as early as the Northern Wei Dynasty. Nowadays, tofu can be seen on the dining tables in many places in China. However, similar to preserved eggs, sufu is not accepted by many foreigners because of its special production method and taste. Many foreigners think it is rotten food and worry that it is unsanitary to eat.
