Shandong Book City is located at No.56 Shengli Street, Shizhong District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It was founded in July 20 12 and is a cultural landmark building with the characteristics of Quancheng.

As of September 20 15, the business building of Shandong Bookstore covers an area of 24,000 square meters with six floors, and the 1-4 floor is the library area. As of September, 2009, Shandong Book City has a three-storey underground parking lot with about 900 parking spaces, which is divided into a six-storey book city area and a five-star hotel and office building with 24 floors above ground.

The West Pavilion on the first floor of Shandong Bookstore Business Building is the design pavilion, which contains more than 2000 books 12000, such as art design and architectural design. The East Pavilion is the original book area of Hong Kong and Taiwan and the original book area of foreign languages, with a total of more than 8,700 kinds. The second floor is the Social Science Museum and the Literature and Art Museum, the third floor is the Science and Technology Life Museum and the Children's Museum, including the picture book library, the parent-child reading area and the children's handicraft area, and the fourth floor is the Culture and Education Museum.

On the fifth floor, there are art galleries, stone halls and agarwood halls. On the sixth floor, "Amy 1895 Movie Street" and the food fair are introduced. There is also a 24-story library and information building on the ground of Shandong Bookstore.
