Li Changyu is a Chinese American.
Li Changyu (Li Changyu), born in Rugao, Jiangsu Province in 1938, is a Chinese-American expert in forensic medicine, honorary chairman of Connecticut Science Consulting Center, tenured professor at New Haven University, Connecticut, and full-time professor of forensic medicine at New Haven University.
in p>1998, he became the police chief of Connecticut, becoming the first Chinese police chief to hold the highest position in the state. Prior to that, from 1979 to 2, he served as Connecticut Public Security Commissioner, Connecticut Forensic Laboratory Director and Chief Criminologist. In 26, he established Li Changyu Institute of Forensic Medicine. In September 213, he became the consultant of the Supreme People's Procuratorate Procuratorate Technology Information Research Center.
He has identified several major global cases, such as the murder of President Kennedy, Nixon Watergate, Clinton's extramarital affair, September 11th, the murder of the wife of American football star Simpson, the forensic investigation of the 1,-person massacre in Yugoslavia, and the shooting in Lv Xiulian on March 19th. Li Changyu has won more than 8 honors, including: the highest honor award in forensic medicine awarded by American Forensic Medicine Association-Outstanding Service Award in Criminal Field, Outstanding Achievement Award awarded by American Forensic Medicine Association, Lifetime Honor Award of International Medical Association, Outstanding Chinese Award in the World, etc.
