Chenghai Guanshan Academy is a cultural relic protection unit in Guangdong Province.

entering the courtyard gate, there are spacious embankment, two osmanthus plants and two vats of lotus flowers. The college adopts a three-tier architecture, with two wings next to the first entrance, and two cloisters covered with eaves leading to the second and third entrances. The second entrance hall is the lecture hall, which consists of 2 wooden doors, eight in the middle and six on each side. On each door, there are poems written by celebrities in the Ming and pre-Ming dynasties about persuasion and etiquette.

Inside the lecture hall is a white marble statue of "Zhu Xi giving lectures" nearly 4 meters high, with a scroll in hand and a crown on his head, and a kind face. It is the custom of Guanshan Academy to worship Zhu Xi before and Cai Nan after. There are many colored paintings on the beams of the lecture hall, vivid characters, beautiful house scenery, exquisite and elegant. Coming out of the lecture hall, bypassing the stone steps and passing through a small door is the third entrance to the academy. Connecting the third entrance and the second entrance is a small embankment, which is commonly known as the back embankment by Chaoshan people. It is equivalent to a long alley, connecting two halls in front and back, and connecting the wings and two back doors on both sides. The structure of the main hall of the third entrance is the same as that of the second entrance, in which Cai Nan, the founder of the Academy and the county magistrate of that year, is worshipped.
