Comb your hair before shampooing to loosen dirt and scales (dead cells) on your scalp.
Second step
Wet your hair until the bottom hair is as wet as the top hair. Pour the shampoo into your palm, dilute it with water and foam. Don't pour shampoo directly on your hair, it will over-stimulate your scalp and produce dandruff.
Third step
Rub the shampoo evenly into the hair shaft (hair) with your fingertips, and gently massage with your fingertips until a thick layer of foam is formed.
Fourth step
Rinse your hair until it is thoroughly rinsed. Then add a teaspoon of shampoo to foam again, gently rub the scalp, this time clean the hair roots, and then rinse with water.
Step five
Apply conditioner from scalp to hair tips, massage gently, and then rinse thoroughly.
Step 6
Because hair is the most fragile when it is wet, it will break or knot when rubbed hard. So after washing your hair, it's best to wrap it in a towel and suck it dry first, comb it all forward with a wide-toothed comb and blow it dry with a hair dryer, so that it won't burn. But when blowing hair, the mouth of the hair dryer should be away from the hair 15 cm, otherwise the hair will be excessively dry.
