Yao Chen, a native of Lu 'an, Anhui Province, is a chef in Jiangnan, a master chef in China, a national judge and a senior hotel manager. He is currently the Deputy Secretary-General of Suzhou Hotel Managers' Chamber of Commerce, the President of Suzhou Branch of Asia International Chefs Association, and now he is the food guest of the food program "Spicy Cooking and Broadcasting".
