Yulin section

The highway along the Yellow River in Yulin section passes through Fugu, Shenmu, Jiaxian, Wubao, Suide and Qingjian in the north, with a total length of 415 kilometers. This section is basically built along the west bank of the Yellow River, and it is also the longest section of the whole highway along the Yellow River. Because it is on the loess plateau, it is also the most difficult and costly to build. This section of highway connects Shenfu, Yujia and Qingyin expressway, and communicates with G336, G338, G337, G339, G317 and G341 * *.

Yan' an section

Yan' an section along the Yellow River passes through Yanchuan from Fanjiawa, Yanchuan County, and Yichuan finally ends in Tongzuling, Yichuan County, with a total length of 241 kilometers, connecting two expressways, two national and provincial trunk highways and 13 county and township highways in the middle, and passing through the front of Fusiwan of the Yellow River, with a particularly spectacular scenery.

Hancheng section

The total length of the highway along the Yellow River in Hancheng is 74.4 kilometers. Construction began in September 2115, starting from Yichuan, Yan 'an in the north, and then the highway from S211 Xianghan Bridge to Hanyijie in the south, with a total length of 14.154 kilometers, two tunnels, a total length of 771 meters and 22 bridges, with a total length of 2,727 meters and a pavement width of 12 meters. Longmen Highway Phase I, 118 national highway Zhubei to Zhichuan section, S211 Zhichuan to Hanhejie section. S211 Heyangjie to Zhichuan section, with a total length of 6.26 kilometers and a road width of 11 meters.

Weinan section

Weinan section started construction on May 7, 2119, with a total length of 111 kilometers, passing through Hancheng, Heyang, Dali and Huayin along the way. The main sections are Yichuan section to Hancheng Zhichuan section, Hancheng Zhichuan section to Dali Xinjian village (16.2km from Hancheng Zhichuan section to Heyang Donglei, 49km from Heyang Donglei to Dali Xinjian village, 13.3km from Dali Xinjian village to Dali Lehe village, 12km from Xianghan Bridge to Zhubei section and 9km from Weihe Bridge to Huashan).

Huashan Mountain

Fengtu Yicang

Day 4: Yichuan-passing through Yanchuan County-Yanchuan Serpentine Geopark

Serpentine Geopark

Serpentine is a snake-like geological landform formed by rivers. The Serpentine in Yanchuan, Shaanxi Province is located in Qin Jin Grand Canyon, with an area of 1.71.5 square kilometers, including Yanshuiguan Valley Terrace.

Day 5: Shequ Geopark-Yanchuan-Qingjian-Suide

Next to Fushu Tomb, there is a Suidehan stone relief exhibition hall. Entering the exhibition hall is like entering an ancient time tunnel, which attracts a large number of cultural relics and archaeologists to visit here every year.

Day 6: Suide-Guojiagou-Wubao-Jiaxian

Guojiagou

Guojiagou is the place where Ordinary World was filmed, so many people went to northern Shaanxi just for it. If you have read the book "Ordinary World", then you will definitely yearn for this place. The whole village is the cultural style of northern Shaanxi, which is very characteristic of northern Shaanxi.

Day 7: Jiaxian-Fugu

Baiyun Mountain

Baiyun Mountain is located on the bank of the Yellow River 5 kilometers south of Jiaxian County, northern Shaanxi Province. Because there is a Baiyun Temple on the mountain, it is called Baiyun Mountain, and there is a wonder of the Yellow River Canyon at the foot of the mountain. Baiyun Mountain is a famous Taoist shrine in China, which was built in Song Dynasty. At present, many cultural products such as architecture, murals, calligraphy, sculpture and music have been preserved.

Fugu Ancient City

Fugu Ancient City is located on the Shishanliang in the northeast of Fugu County, facing the mountain and the river. People lived here as early as more than 7111 years ago, and it is a veritable cultural city.

Day 8: Fugu-Wall-Shenmu-Yulin

Erlang Mountain

Erlang Mountain is a scenic spot in Shenmu, which belongs to mountaineering, but the mountain is really not very high, and the scenic spot is very long. You can always walk along the river and stand on the mountain and overlook the whole Shenmu city. Tourism in scenic spots consumes a lot of energy. I suggest you bring your own dry food and then go to play. Last time I went there, I found that the scenic spot was expanded, so it takes about 2-4 hours to walk back and forth, which is very suitable for taking pictures, and some sections inside are still relatively dangerous.

Hongshixia is a good place to take photos, where there are many stone carving arts. In fact, it is a Buddhist holy place. Most Buddha statues and Buddha caves are located on a cliff, and a plank road has been artificially carved on the cliff. Visitors can visit the caves on the rock wall through the plank road.

Tip: There is also a Zhenbeitai and an ancient street in Yulin City, but personally it is not worth going. Zhenbeitai is relatively small, and the scenic spot is charged. There are basically no people inside, and 31-61 minutes is enough. The ancient street is next to the second street. There are no tourists, all of them are locals, and sometimes there are students, so the business is average.

Day 9: Yulin-Shenmu-Hengshan

Hongjiannao

This is a provincial-level tourist attraction in Shaanxi, located in the hinterland of Dongsheng coalfield in the northwest of Shenmu City. The scenic spot is triangular, with a width of 11 kilometers from east to west, a length of 12 kilometers from north to south and a water area of 67 square kilometers. It is a plateau inland lake and the largest desert freshwater lake in China.

Day 11: Hengshan-Tongwancheng-Dingbian-Jingbian

Tongwancheng

The construction history of Tongwancheng was in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, when it was the capital of Daxia country built by Helian Bobo, a Xiongnu aristocrat. Later, Emperor Tuoba Tao of the Northern Wei Dynasty unified the north, conquered Tongwancheng and put it here. Because the walls here are all white, it is also called Baicheng Zi by local people. In 1996, Tongwan City was designated as a key cultural relic protection unit.

Zaoyuan

Zaoyuan is a red revolutionary base. From March 1944 to March 1947, the Central Committee of China moved to Zaoyuan from Yang Jialing. Later, after the Central Committee withdrew, it was destroyed. Now all the scenic spots were rebuilt later, and the scenic spots were opened.

Day 12: Yan 'an-Nanniwan-Huangling (Huangdi Mausoleum-Yijun

Nanniwan used to be a prosperous economy, but later it became poor due to historical reasons. Later, the 359th Brigade of the Eighth Route Army held a large-scale production movement here, and Nanniwan spirit was an important component of Yan 'an spirit.

Day 13: Yijun-Xi 'an

Yijun Dry Terrace

The scenic spot is located in Cryquan Town, yijun county. The dry terrace is a representative of the organic combination of traditional farming and modern agriculture, and it is a precious living cultural heritage. At present, it has built agricultural sightseeing, leisure and health care, and a hotel.

Fudi Lake Scenic Area

Fudi Lake Scenic Area is located 11 kilometers east of yijun county City, where Yijun culture is the most densely deposited. There are not only beautiful scenery, but also Neolithic sites in Hedong, Yangshao cultural sites in Yushe and Yushe Theater, as well as Buddhist and Taoist caves, paper-cutting and farmers.

Precautions:

In the process of self-driving, most of the sections in Weinan are plain areas with good road conditions. When passing through Dali, they will pass through many villages and towns, and there is a winter jujube market. When driving, everyone must slow down and pay attention to pedestrians crossing the road. In the Qiachuan section of Heyang, the road will be narrow, and both sides are near the water, so the price should be extra careful and try not to park on the road.

when passing through Hancheng section, many roads here are shared by national highways and urban roads, with more pedestrians and vehicles, and it is difficult to find the entrance along the Yellow Road at Yumenkou. The section from Hancheng to Yichuan is the Shanxi-Shaanxi Gorge in Zhu Jing. The scenery is good, and the roads are mostly near the water and cliffs, so be careful.

After crossing the Hukou Waterfall of the Yellow River, the section to Qingjian basically leaves the Yellow River. This section of the road is basically a plateau and gully area, with many mountains, deep ditches, many bends and steep slopes. You must control your speed when driving. If you are traveling together, you are advised to drive this section.

From Qingjian North to Fugu Qiangtou Township, we basically returned to the Yellow River, and all walked along the Yellow River. The roads were tortuous and there were many cliff-facing sections, so we should pay attention to two roads.
