#familyfood大竞技# #家小吃大吃# Every time I go to a barbecue restaurant, I must order the tinfoil dishes, enoki mushrooms, vermicelli, and flower armor, which can be paired with both rice and wine.
When I got home, I suddenly thought of trying it myself.
Ingredients: a piece of tofu, half a head of garlic minced, 150g of meat filling, appropriate amount of coriander and chopped green onion.
Sauce ingredients: 3 spoons of seafood soy sauce, 2 spoons of oil, half a spoon of sugar, add 150 ml of water. If the taste is too strong, you can add an appropriate amount of salt, stir well and set aside.
Pour cooking oil into a hot pan, add 1 tablespoon of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until the red oil turns out, add the meat filling and stir-fry until it changes color.
Add the prepared sauce, stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes, and set aside.
Fold the tin foil into a box shape and place it in a glass bowl specially designed for the oven, or you can buy a tin foil box directly.
Cut the tofu into cubes and lay them flat in the tin foil box.
Be careful to leave some space on top and don't fill it too full.
Sprinkle minced garlic on the tofu, pour the fried minced meat sauce, and wrap the tin foil box tightly with a piece of tin foil.
Put in the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Take it out, gently open the tin foil on top, (be careful of burning your hands), add coriander and chopped green onion, cover it again with tin foil and simmer for about 5 minutes before opening the lid and eating.
The bibimbap is also very delicious, so give it a try.
