Boil boiling water in a pot, blanch bean sprouts, take them out with a colander and put them at the bottom of the basin. Stir-fry duck blood, eel, yellow throat and fat sausage, and take them out to control the water for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan, add pepper, dried pepper and onion ginger until fragrant, and add bean paste to stir-fry the red oil.

Add a proper amount of boiling water and bring it to a boil. 3. Add duck blood, eel, fat sausage and yellow throat, cook for 5 minutes, take it out with a colander, and put it on bean sprouts. Finally, put it in the louver, hairy belly and ham, and cook for 3 seconds and take it out.
