1. Chuansha ancient town is13km away from Zhu Qiao, and Xinchang ancient town is19km away. Zhu Qiao, an ancient market town, is not far from the west side of Shanghai Pudong Airport.

2. Zhu Qiao's original name was Zhu Qiao. It is said that during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, Taishi Tang Qiao dug the Meiyukou River along Litang and built the Zhu Qiao on it. Later, the area gradually became a market town, and people named it "Zhu Qiao" after the bridge. Because "Zhu Qiao" and "Zhu Qiao" are homonyms, they are traditionally called "Zhu Qiao" or "Zhujiaqiao".
