Thai-style nine-story tower fried chicken
ingredients
coconut milk 18ml
soy sauce 45ml
rice wine vinegar 45ml
fish sauce 2ml
dried red pepper 2g
olive oil 15ml
onion 1g
ginger foam 1g
garlic 3 heads.
9g of boneless chicken breast
3 mushrooms
5 onions
65g of fresh basil leaves
4g of raw jasmine rice
95ml of water
The method of stir-frying chicken in Thai basil
Boil the rice and water in a soup pot, cover the lid, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Mix coconut milk, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce and red pepper slices in a bowl.
in a frying pan or wok, use medium-high heat oil, add sliced onion, ginger and mashed garlic, and fry until slightly brown.
add chicken strips and stir-fry for 3 minutes until brown.
stir in the prepared coconut milk sauce, and continue to stir-fry until the sauce is dried to 1/3 of the original.
add mushrooms, shallots and nine-story tower and heat through. Serve with cooked rice.
