How to make garden soup with loofah
Ingredients
Beef brisket, tomatoes, tofu, pepper noodles, ginger, salt, green onions
Method
1. Add oil to the pot and fry the beef until it changes color. Then add enough water to the pressure cooker, add some peppercorns and ginger and stew together.
2. When the stew is done, you can put out the meat and soup. Serve as much as you want.
3. In another pot, put the tofu first, then the tomatoes, add salt, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
