Pingxiang's delicacies include white Ciba, Ai Ciba, wrapped meat with fragrant leaves, egg with bent head, baked mountain rat, rolled rice noodles and so on.
1. White Ciba: a special food on holidays, which is made from the above-mentioned glutinous rice. It is delicious, sweet, soft and refreshing.
2. Ai Ciba: It is made by picking the tender leaves of wormwood around Qingming Festival and kneading them into rice flour, which has both the softness of sticky rice and the fragrance of wormwood leaves.
