After hitting it twice, he was surprised to find that the fish bones were exposed automatically, and the fish flesh turned into minced fish.

At this moment, the meal was being passed around in the palace, and the chef, in a hurry, picked out the fish bones, kneaded the minced fish into meatballs, and without thinking, put them into the boiling leopard fetus soup and made them into meatballs.

After a while, the fish balls, which were white in color, soft and crystal clear, and tasted fresh and tender, floated on the soup surface and were presented to Qin Shihuang.

When the First Emperor tasted it, he praised it very much and ordered a reward.

Later, this practice gradually spread from the court to the people and was called "fish balls", which means fish balls. In ancient times, there was a fisherman on the banks of the Minjiang River.

One day, a businessman took his boat south to do business. The boat left the mouth of the Minjiang River and entered the sea, where it was hit by a typhoon.

When the ship entered the harbor to take shelter from the wind, it unfortunately ran aground and was damaged.

Repairing the ship was delayed, and the food supply ran out, so they had to eat fish every day.

The businessman sighed: "There are fish every day, and I am tired of eating them. Can you change the taste to something else?" The boatwoman said: "The food on the boat has been exhausted, and there is only a bag of potato starch." The ingenious boatwoman took the freshly caught fish and

Afterwards, the businessman returned to Fuzhou and opened a "Seven Star Snack Shop" in the city. He specially hired the boat woman as a chef to exclusively sell "fish ball soup".

In the beginning, business was not booming.

One day, a scholar who was going to Beijing to take the exam passed by this restaurant to have a meal.

The shop owner gave warm hospitality and brought out fish balls.

After eating it, he felt that the taste was very delicious, so he wrote a poem to him: The sky is dotted with stars, and the sweet fragrance of jade dew attracts tourists.

Although there is Qianqiu drink in southern Xinjiang, it is rare to find Qixing Qinshipi.

The shopkeeper hung the poem in the shop, and guests came to watch it.

From then on, the business prospered and the shop prospered day by day.

"Seven-star fish balls" also got its name from then on.
