Wrapped banana
Ingredients:
1 banana, 2 eggs, sugar, flour, a little starch, salad oil.
Method:
1) Peel the banana and cut it into roughly sized pieces
2) Crack the eggs into a bowl, add flour, starch and water , a little salad oil, stir into a uniform batter.
3) Pat the banana pieces with a little dry starch.
4) Then hang up.
5) When the oil is 70% hot, slowly fry the battered banana pieces.
6) Then drain the oil.
7) Leave a little oil in the pot, pour in appropriate amount of sugar and fry until it becomes sticky.
8) Pour in the fried banana pieces and coat them evenly with sugar syrup and serve.
Fish-flavored shredded pork
Ingredients: 300g pork tenderloin, 10 black fungus, 200g bamboo shoots, 1 tablespoon minced green onion, 1 tablespoon minced ginger, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, chopped pepper 4 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, 3 tablespoons water, 4 tablespoons water starch.
Method:
1. Cut the pork tenderloin into shreds. Soak the black fungus in warm water at 40 degrees Celsius, wash and cut into shreds. Shred the bamboo shoots. Finely mince onion, ginger and garlic.
2. Put the shredded pork into a bowl, add water and starch, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes. Put the minced green onion into a bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, sugar, salt, sesame oil, water and water starch, stir well and set aside.
3. Heat the pot and pour in the oil. When the oil is 70% hot, pour in the shredded meat and stir-fry until the shredded meat changes color and becomes dehydrated. Ingredients: tofu, pork, onions, ginger, garlic, bean paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, pepper, chicken powder, cornstarch
Method:
1. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside. Marinate the minced pork with cornstarch. Prepare minced ginger, minced garlic and minced green onion.
2. Heat the oil and add the minced ginger. , minced garlic, bean paste, stir-fry until fragrant, add minced meat, stir-fry until separated, add water, seasoning: pepper, pepper powder (oil), sugar, chicken powder, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce
3. Add Make tofu, cover it over medium heat, cook for about 10 minutes, thicken the sauce and reduce the juice, remove from the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve
