Visiting Lianhua Mountain On the morning of May 1st, my father, mother and I and a group of 9 people visited Lianhua Mountain in Ezhou.
As soon as I got off the bus, I saw the big characters "Lotus Mountain" on the gate, which was very grand.
When you go up the steps and enter the door, you will see the tall "Nine Dragon Altar". The nine dragons are lifelike and real!
Walking forward is the "He Zi Bi", which has 16 sentences on it, such as "Heaven", "He Zi"... It is very spectacular and shaped like a tower.
Mom and aunt take photos here.
First, we go to the "Heart-Touching Platform", which means asking people to close their eyes and walk forward, touching the middle of a big word "love" on the wall in front (the word "love" is an ancient Chinese character, with the word "heart" in the middle).
Some people touched the left side of the "heart", and some people touched the right side of the "heart", causing the surrounding tourists to laugh.
How funny!
Walking forward is the "Liuhe Garden", where there are many animals. Crocodiles sleep lazily on the stone slabs, birds chirp in their cages, pheasants walk around, and sika deer stretch their necks to bite leaves.
The most interesting thing is the monkey, jumping around in the cage, climbing up and down, scratching his head.
The most impressive thing is the peacock, which opens its tail when tourists tease it.
Then we walked onto the "Tongtian Bridge" and took a group photo.
The adults wanted to rest, and my cousin and I wanted to row a boat.
Only the fathers of the two families accompanied us on the boat. We rowed through the big hole in the middle of the "Tongtian Bridge", and then rowed through the small holes, and even rowed around the lotus in the water. I was so happy!
I experienced the joy of boating.
Then go to the "Yuanming Tower". The tower has 13 floors and eight corners. It is very majestic!
Standing on the tower and looking down, you can have a panoramic view of the Lianhua Mountain, and the sun makes the lake sparkle... After getting off the tower, we visited the "Forest of Steles", which has eight cultural corridors. We mainly visited Confucianism and Taoism.
and the Science, Technology and Culture Corridor, where I learned a lot of ancient and modern knowledge and increased my knowledge.
Finally, we visited the "Prayer Hall", which expresses the people's wishes for peace, good harvest, good fortune and longevity, and all the best.
