Octopus, also called octopus, is not difficult to deal with. First cut the octopus open with scissors, then take a container, add more water, put the octopus into it, pull out its head and internal organs in the water, and pull off the ashes. Then, dig out the octopus's eyes in the water to drain out the ink, then rinse them clean.
2. Tips:
1. Be careful when digging out your eyes. The eyes contain a lot of ink, which can easily splash out and stain your clothes. This problem can be avoided by operating in water. .
2. Some people also like to tear off the outer skin of the octopus. It is actually very simple. It is much easier to blanch the octopus in boiling water and then tear off the outer skin.
3. For relatively small octopus, if you don’t mind eating the internal organs and eyes together, the simplest cleaning method is to rub it repeatedly with fine salt, and then rinse it with clean water repeatedly until the surface is free of debris. Slime will do.
