Step description
1. Clean the russula, remove the roots and cut into thin slices for later use.
2. Chop onion, ginger and garlic for later use.
3. Cool the oil in a hot pot. When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
