1. Homemade soup
Ingredients: 150g pork, 5g kelp, 25g water-cooked day lily, 150g cabbage, 30g mushrooms, a little ginger; salt, A little each of chicken essence, pepper, sesame oil, and appropriate amount of soy sauce.

2. Tomato and beef soup
Ingredients: 500 grams of beef. 2 onions.
Accessories: 2-3 cloves of garlic, 10 grams of tomato paste or 100 grams of tomatoes, 0.5 cup of rice, 0.5 cup of sour plums.

3. Egg and tofu soup
Ingredients: tofu, eggs, vegetables (cabbage or spinach), enoki mushrooms, shredded carrots, salt, sesame oil.
Wash and cut the green vegetables into cubes, cut the tofu into small pieces, and beat the egg liquid and set aside.
Boil a pot of water, add tofu, enoki mushrooms, and carrot shreds. After the water boils, slowly pour in the egg liquid, then add the green vegetables, add salt, turn off the heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
