If RT-Mart does not have personnel from China Construction Bank at the service desk to assist in applying for a card, you have to go to China Construction Bank to apply for the card.

You can apply by bringing one of the following certificates: housing provident fund payment certificate for the past three months; salary card from a local bank; driving license; real estate certificate; social security payment certificate, etc.

All you need is one of these, and of course you need to bring your ID card.
