Just because people are a little lazy, their requirements are not high, they are satisfied if they are not fat, and it doesn't matter if they are thin or not, so it is important to maintain this state (eating).
If you feel that you don't want to exercise, you should rely on your mind, control your appetite, be vegetarian, and don't eat supper. If you can't persist, you will stand in weighing scale. That number will definitely make you stick to it, persistence is victory, and it is a slim figure!
