Ingredients: bean jelly skin 300g, chicken breast 150g, cucumber strips 1, half an apple, garlic 1.
Seasoning:
Material A: 2 tablespoons sesame sauce and cold boiled water, mustard sauce and cold boiled water 1 tablespoon, vinegar and sugar 1/2 tablespoons.
Material b: salad oil 1 teaspoon.
The way of doing things
1, garlic peeled and mashed; Wash cucumber and shred; Peel, core and seed apples, shred them, soak them in cold boiled water with salt, take them out and drain them for use.
2. Put material A into a bowl, add minced garlic and mix well; Wash the chicken breast, blanch it in boiling water, take it out and drain it, let it cool, and tear it into filaments for use.
3. Cut the bean jelly skin into wide strips (figure 1), blanch it with boiling water until it is transparent (figure 2), take it out, pour it with cold boiling water, put it in a bowl, add material B and mix well, then add shredded chicken, cucumber and apple, and pour in the mixed material A and mix well, and serve.
Cold green beans
Ingredients: 300 grams of green beans, 2 pieces of garlic, red pepper 1 piece.
Seasoning:
Material A: salt, sugar, sesame oil 1 2 tsp, salad oil1tsp.
The way of doing things
1. Remove the head and tail from the green beans, tear off the old tendons, wash them, and cut the oblique sections (Figure1); Peel garlic and cut into powder; Remove the pedicels and seeds of red pepper, wash and cut into small pieces for later use.
2. Pour half a pot of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add green beans and blanch (Figure 2). Take it out, shower it with cold water, drain it, put it in a plate, add material A and mix well. Then serve.
Fresh eggplant with garlic
Ingredients: 500g of eggplant, 3 grains of garlic, and 0/0g of coriander/kloc.
Seasoning:
Material A: 1 tablespoon cold boiled water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoons sugar.
The way of doing things
1, the eggplant is pedicled, washed and cut into 5 cm long sections (Figure1); Peel garlic, wash coriander and cut into powder for later use.
2. Pour half a pot of water into the pot to boil, add eggplant and cook it (Figure 2), take it out, shower it with ice water, drain the water, and drain it into the plate for later use.
3. Add minced garlic into the bowl, mix well, pour it on the eggplant, sprinkle with coriander and serve.
Asparagus mixed with shrimp
Ingredients: 300g asparagus, 8 shrimps, 2 garlic, red pepper 1 piece.
Seasoning:
Material A: salt, sugar, sesame oil 1 2 tsp, salad oil1tsp.
The way of doing things
1, peeled garlic, pedicled red pepper, washed and chopped; Rooting asparagus, peeling off old skin, washing and cutting into small pieces; Remove the intestinal mud from the shrimps, wash them and cut them in half for later use.
2. Pour half a pot of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add asparagus, blanch, take out, take a bath with cold boiled water, and drain for later use.
3. Boil the water in the pot, blanch the shrimps until the color changes, remove and drain the water, put them in a plate, add the rest materials and material A and mix well, then serve.
