Farmhouse dishes vary from place to place. Every farmhouse should have its own special dishes.

The farmhouse music in our place is on the hillside, and there are several big valleys on the hillside, all of which are farmhouses. On weekends and holidays, especially in summer, many people bring the elderly and children to the mountains to enjoy the cool, climb mountains and play with water, and then stay in the farmhouse for a few days, eat the farmer's food for a few days and breathe the air in the mountains. There are many delicious dishes in the farmhouse here, and I can't finish them all at once. I can only pick a few simple and affordable dishes that are not bad in taste and very distinctive.

chili pepper native chicken. The whole chicken was cut into pieces, then stewed with mountain spring water, and the local chili pepper was put. After serving it, it was a tangy smell, steaming and making people drool. Chickens are free-range chickens raised by farmers. They scurry back and forth in the mountains every day to eat insects. The meat is very porcelain and healthy. The meat is delicious and the price is reasonable. Chickens are relatively thin, and large chunks of meat are dripping with soup, which makes people very enjoyable.

chili pepper adds a pot helmet. Farmers regard this as a must for every meal. It's also simple to make. The helmet (pie) baked by the farmer with a cauldron is loud and chewy, with a fragrant smell, and the red and green chili pepper fried with rapeseed oil makes people have an appetite. The more you eat, the more you want to eat. Everyone can eat two or three pieces.

shredded potatoes in vinegar. I think the more simple dishes you go to any restaurant, the more unusual the taste, which means that the cooking level of this restaurant is absolutely useless. Going to the farmhouse is also a relatively simple home-cooked dish for farmers. This shredded potato is seasoned with vinegar brewed by farmers. After the shredded potatoes are fried, they smell a sour fragrance. It tastes crisp and refreshing, sour and delicious, which greatly increases people's appetite. Although it is a super simple dish, it has this taste, and it doesn't cost much. It is a must-have dish every time you go to the farmhouse.
