Zhuji specialty 2: Xishi tofu
Stone tofu is a traditional dish in Zhuji, Zhejiang. It has a long history and is said to be a custom left over from time to time. Tongshan Shao is made of sorghum and glutinous rice unique to Zhuji and brewed with water from Jilong Mountain in Tongshan Town. Because it is located in the basin and stored at constant temperature all the year round, the wine brewed is crisp and sweet, especially Tongshan, which is a model of southern fragrance.
