Six kinds of snacks that my family must cook during the Chinese New Year are nutritious and delicious. The more you eat them, the more fragrant they are. They are loved by the whole family, old and young!

"The fireworks in the world are the most soothing to the hearts of ordinary people", and the rice, oil, salt, sauce and vinegar tea, with three meals a day and four seasons, is the most soothing food. Hello, everyone, I'm Xiaofeng, a post-7s uncle who likes food sharing. If you also like food, remember to pay attention to me ~

It's the Spring Festival soon. Snacks are essential when the family is staying at home for drama and leisure, or when people are entertaining guests for tea during the Spring Festival. Because I usually like to cook delicious food, I rarely buy snacks for the New Year. I cook them at home, so I can rest assured that they are clean. Today, I will share six kinds of delicious and simple snacks, which are cooked at home in a different way during the Spring Festival, which are nutritious and satisfying:

First, tomato cake:

The main ingredient of this snack is tomatoes. The prepared snack is smooth and refreshing.

1. Take two tomatoes, wash them, cut them with a cross knife, blanch them with boiling water, then peel them off, cut them into cubes, and put them in a cooking machine to make them into mud.

2. filter the mashed tomatoes, filter out the seeds, and then add an appropriate amount of pea starch (1g of pea starch should be poured into 45g of tomato juice), while stirring, until the pea starch is completely dissolved and there is no granule.

4. Add 45g of clean water to the pan, then add 2 spoonfuls of white sugar, stir until the white sugar is completely melted, then filter the tomato and pea paste into the pan with a sieve, then turn on a small fire and keep stirring. After stirring for about 3-4 minutes, you can see that the tomato and pea paste begins to become sticky and bubbly, and then turn off the fire.

5. Take a container, pour the boiled tomato and pea slurry, smooth the surface, and put it in the refrigerator to dry until it is solidified.

6. It can be solidified in about an hour. We pour it out, cut it into the shape we like, dip a layer of coconut on the surface, and put it in a plate to eat.

Second, the family version of snowballing usury

This is a traditional snack. The main ingredients are glutinous rice, soybeans and bean paste. The prepared snack is sweet and delicious!

1. Wash the glutinous rice, soak it for more than 12 hours, then rinse it and steam it in a steamer, which takes about 2 minutes.

2. You don't need to refuel. Stir-fry the soybeans with low fire for about 1 minutes. The surface of the soybeans looks oily. Take a soybean and taste it without the smell of raw beans. It has a fragrant, sweet and crisp feeling. Stir-fry the soybeans, take them out, cool them, pour them into a cooking machine and make them into yellow bean, and then filter them with a filter for later use.

3. after the glutinous rice is steamed, pour it into a big bowl and pound it with a spoon or a rolling pin until it is fine and wiredrawn. Then take a chopping board, sprinkle a layer of yellow bean on it, then put the rammed glutinous rice on the yellow bean, roll it flat and thin, then spread a layer of bean paste evenly, and then gently roll it up from one side to make it tight,

4. After rolling it up, cut it into 2 cm wide sections and put it on a plate. It's delicious, and you can eat it when drinking tea.

3. Chinese yam strawberry cake

1. After peeling and slicing a Chinese yam, put it in a steamer and steam it until it is rotten, then mash it into fine yam paste, and then add two spoonfuls of sugar and one spoonful of honey. If the yam paste is too thin and difficult to form after stirring, put it in the refrigerator for several hours to make it naturally solidify.

It's best to make this snack with flour yam instead of crisp yam, otherwise the mashed yam will be very thin and difficult to shape.

3. Then wash 7-8 strawberries and cut them into small pieces, then take out a piece of yam paste, press it into a cake shape, put the chopped strawberries in the middle, gently wrap them along the edge, and finally roll a layer of coconut milk evenly. It is delicious, sour and sweet and appetizing!

In order to prevent yam from sticking to your hands, you can first rub some water or oil on your hands.

4. Hawthorn sesame candy balls:

1. Wash the hawthorn first, then remove the handle of the hawthorn, steam it in a steamer for 1 minute, and then take it out for later use. The steamed hawthorn tastes good and has a light sour taste.

2. Add 2 grams of white sugar to the pan, and 1 grams of clear water to start boiling. After boiling until the syrup bubbles up, change it to medium heat to continue boiling, turn off the heat when the syrup bubbles are dense, then stir until the bubbles disappear, pour in hawthorn, so that each hawthorn is evenly covered with syrup, and when the surface is crystal clear, take it out, then evenly wrap it with a layer of white sesame seeds, and put it on a plate to eat.

V. Frosting yam bean:

1. Clean yam bean, steam it in a pan, and steam it for about 1 minutes after the fire boils.

2. Add half a bowl of white sugar and half a bowl of clear water to the pan at a ratio of 1: 1, then turn on low heat, stir-fry with a shovel until the syrup bubbles densely, and when the shovel pushes it to help, pour in the steamed yam bean, and then continue to stir-fry. yam bean will stick together at first, so don't worry, continue to stir-fry until yam bean is completely separated, and every grain is covered with icing, then turn off the heat and take out of the pan. It is delicious.

6. Orange Pie

1. Peel the orange, remove the fascia from the orange petals, then dip the orange petals in clean water, then take an empty bowl, pour a proper amount of starch, and evenly wrap the orange petals with a layer of starch.

2. Knock two eggs into the bowl, add a spoonful of sugar to enhance the sweet taste, and then completely stir them up for later use.

3. Take another empty bowl, pour appropriate amount of bread crumbs and black sesame seeds respectively, and stir well for later use.

4. Put the orange petals wrapped with starch into the egg liquid, hang a layer of egg liquid evenly, then put them into bread crumbs and roll a layer of bread crumbs.

5. add oil from the pan. when the oil temperature is 5% hot, put in orange petals wrapped with bread crumbs, fry until the surface is golden and crisp, and then control the oil and take out.

Don't buy snacks for the Chinese New Year. Six kinds of snacks are well collected, simple and delicious, and the whole family loves them!
