Exercise:
1. Wash and slice pork, and add proper amount of oil, salt, soy sauce, chicken essence and Chili powder for pickling 1 hour or more.
2. Pad the baking tray with silicone oil paper, spread the meat slices, put them in the middle layer of the oven, and bake at 150 degrees for ten minutes.
3. After ten minutes, take out the baking tray, move the meat slices to the baking net, brush the surface with oil, and bake in the oven for five minutes. After five minutes, turn the meat slices over and brush them with oil, and bake for another five minutes.
4. Sprinkle cumin powder after baking.
