Yanzhou sesame seed cake is a famous snack in Jiande, also known as Jiande dried vegetable sesame seed cake. The traditional Yanzhou sesame seed cake is produced in this ancient town. There are fillings such as dried plum, chopped green onion or minced meat in the sesame seed cake, and there is a layer of flour cake wrapped in sugar juice, oil and sesame seeds. Another Yanzhou specialty snack I tasted can be said to be very "wonderful", just like a dark dish. It is "Yanzhou special corn grits", which is difficult for many tourists to accept. When I walked to the booth, it didn't attract me at first. Later, the shopkeeper said that I had to eat snacks in Yanzhou, so I decided to buy one and try it.
The special corn grits in Yanzhou look like those in Huang Cancan. They look like jiaozi, which northerners like to eat. However, after hearing the shopkeeper say that the stuffing inside is stinky tofu, I hesitated again ... The "jiaozi" stuffed with stinky tofu simply subverted my imagination and bought one in 6 yuan with curiosity.
