Halal food, that is, food that meets Islamic halal food standards. In China, halal food usually refers to catering products that meet the requirements of halal food and are slaughtered, processed and made according to the eating habits of Muslims in China. Muslim beverage, Muslim non-staple food and Muslim food are referred to as "Muslim three foods" for short. In addition, special transport vehicles, special measuring instruments, storage containers and special processing (storage and sales) sites for the production and sale of halal food shall be guaranteed to be dedicated, and no halal taboo foods or articles shall be transported, weighed or stored. Anything that does not meet the above standards is not halal food.
