(3) Qualification examination

(4) Recruitment examination
The recruitment examination will be organized and implemented under the guidance and supervision of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Health Planning Commission, and will be held at 7: 30 am on March 1 1 Sunday, 2065438 in the Huaxin Branch of the Central Hospital/Building KLOC-0/5. The content includes professional knowledge and public basic knowledge.
Candidates and doctoral students (non-on-the-job) with professional and technical qualifications above the subtropical high school are exempt from the theoretical examination (computer examination), and other applicants should take the theoretical examination.
2. Interview:
(1) The contents include: the applicant's professional knowledge level, comprehensive analysis, interpersonal relationship, investigation and study, communication and coordination, language expression, on-site demonstration and emergency response, etc.
(2) The judges are composed of 7- 1 1 judges drawn from the expert database of municipal tertiary hospitals (including our hospital and the outer hospital), with experts in the hospital as the main judges and subject to the guidance and supervision of the Municipal Health Planning Commission and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau.
3. Comprehensive test scores: 50% are based on theoretical test (computer test) scores and 50% are based on interview results. Among them, the test-free theoretical test (computer test) candidates' scores are subject to the interview results. Theoretical test (computer test) scores, interview scores and comprehensive scores are kept at two decimal places, and the third place is rounded off.
⑤ Physical examination and probation period
According to the order from high score to low score of the comprehensive examination results of the same post, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of job recruitment plan 1: 1. Physical examination shall be carried out according to the items and standards of civil service physical examination. Those who pass the physical examination will enter a probation period of six months, mainly to examine their political ideology, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, qualifications for the proposed post and whether they violate the family planning policy. Those who fail the physical examination or investigation will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive scores of the same post (1 time only). The list of qualified medical personnel has been publicized for 7 days without objection and reported to the Municipal Health Planning Commission and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record.
Determine the candidates to be hired
After a probation period of half a year, the primary candidates will be invited by the Municipal Health Planning Commission and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau to jointly organize the assessment. Those who pass the examination shall be reported to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for qualification examination after being examined and approved by the Party Committee of the Municipal Health Planning Commission, and determined as the final candidate.
(7) Handling relevant formalities.
