2. Boil beans. After soaking the beans, the water is basically absorbed, and then drinking water is added, which is two fingers wider than the surface of the beans. When you put it in the electric pressure cooker, you can choose the function of beans/beef tendon. It takes about 25-35 minutes because of the different brands of cookers.
3. After cooking, add appropriate amount of sugar according to your own taste and stir forward.
4. Put it in a container to cool for several hours, or put it in the refrigerator in summer.
