I am also from Weiyuan. You went from Weiyuan to Rong County and then to Emeishan City.

It took less than 3 hours to drive there in Dakai, and then drove directly for 15 minutes to Baoguo Temple in Emeishan to play. After lunch, we drove to Shuangqiao Qingyin to play and watch monkeys.

We stayed in a local farmhouse, and after bargaining, we estimated that 200 yuan could accommodate 4 people. We drove to the Jieyin Hall in Emeishan at 3 a.m. the next day, which took an estimated 2 hours (50KM).

Then park the car and walk 3KM up the mountain to the cable car point of Jieyin Hall. The cable car goes up the mountain for a few minutes and costs 65 yuan.

After a short walk, you will reach the Golden Summit. The entrance fee per person is 150 (I heard it has increased to 185).

You can go back home in the afternoon. Remember to buy some food there, as the prices there are very expensive.
