1. Take a bowl of flour, add the newly boiled water to the flour little by little with a spoon, and stir quickly with chopsticks while adding.
2. Stir until it forms a dough, which should be slightly soft. Let the dough rest in the basin for a while. 3. Take out the rested dough and place it on a chopping board sprinkled with more dry flour. Gather it into a ball and shape it into a round shape.
4. Roll out the round dough and roll it into a thin cake shape.
5. Pour some oil on the rolled out pancake, fold it in half repeatedly, and spread the oil evenly on the entire pancake.
6. Then roll up the dough bit by bit as shown in the picture.
7. Roll the rolled up strip from one end to the other as shown in the figure.
8. Arrange the rolled dough, roll it into a round shape, and roll it into a pancake again, but this time it doesn’t need to be too thin.
9. After preheating the electric pancake, apply more oil than usual to pancake.
10. Since the dough is soft and rolled in oil, when putting it in the electric pancake pan, to prevent the dough from falling apart, fold the rolled pancake in half and put it in, and then open it and lay it flat immediately.
11. Use the palm of your hand to shake the pancake that has just been placed in the electric baking pan. 12. Be careful not to let oil splash on your body when turning it over. If there is not enough oil, you can add more oil and sear it until both sides are golden brown, then it is ready to serve.
13. When taking it out of the pot, first fold it in half into a semicircle, then fold it in half into a fan shape, put it on a plate, and serve it.
